Macadamia Nuts of Process or Commercial Grade

These are commercial or processing grade seconds that are very popular with buyers.

100% natural and 100% New Zealand grown. This is an extremely cost-effective product for use in cooking, baking or converting to nut-butter and pastes by grinding up.

This grade is not recommended for snacking as raw nuts, as taste may not be as good as in premium nuts and may differ from nut to nut based on the type of blemish.

These processing grade seconds are natural macadamia nuts, halves, pieces and chips that differ from our other nuts ( such as Aotea Blend) in their colour, taste and appearance or have spots (we use natural methods to control bugs and do not spray).
